Tolerant hops: With less than 10mg/kg of gluten and less than 5mg/kg of prolamines, this Session IPA from La Cibeles tastes exactly the same as the rest of our beers but makes the hops an ingredient suitable for those who are gluten intolerant. Moderate bitterness, well balanced with a pre-eminence in the mouth of the malts (flavors that do not disappear when the gluten-degrading enzymes work), natural and low carbonation, very easy to drink (5.1% alcohol content). On the nose you can appreciate the enhancement of aromas of mango and resins thanks to the Dry monovarietal hops.
