Payment Methods

Payment of the price of the products purchased and shipping costs can be made:

-Wire transfer

-Credit/debit card


To proceed with the payment, you must follow all the instructions that appear on the screen. The cardholder is aware of and accepts the conditions established by the merchant.

For bank transfers, the order number and the name of the person placing the order must be indicated in the subject

Shipping/collection methods

Shipping costs are not included in the price of the products.

In relation to shipment of the products, the customer can choose the following options depending on the weight:

Shipments to the peninsula:
-Up to 1kg: €6
-From 1 to 3kg: €6.30
-From 3 to 6kg: €7.00

Shipments to the Community of Madrid:
-Up to 1kg: €4.75
- From 1 to 6kg: €5.50

-Shipping Free for purchases over €55

And if you live near the central warehouse at Calle Alcalá 574 , 28022 Madrid, hand delivery can be arranged from Monday to Sunday at the chosen convenience location.

Shipments usually take 24-48 hours once prepared, but may be delayed due to the COVID situation.

Remember that we can send the package to the address you choose, it does not have to be your address.

If you need your order to be sent urgently, write us an email and we will try to indicate to our transport providers to inform them of the urgency.

The shipment tracking number will be provided by email once the shipment has been made.

Please note that shipping times are calculated in business days. Courier companies do not deliver on Saturdays or holidays. If you need an urgent delivery on Saturday, send us an email and we will try to manage it with the agency.


Everything can be exchanged and returned as long as it is in its original packaging. In case of breakage, upon receiving a photograph of the merchandise and checking its condition, we will proceed to replace or refund the amount.

Shipping costs will be borne by the customer. In the event that the returned products are not in the original packaging, the return or exchange will not be accepted. If the return is for reasons attributable to Mundorum Viator (breakage or mistake), the postage will be borne by Mundorum Viator, otherwise the customer will pay it.

The maximum period to request a return is stipulated in 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order.
