The Master's Beer
David's Ale, as the name suggests, is a very personal take on the Scottish style by our brewmaster David Castro. A beer to unleash the senses. As soon as we open it, we will have an explosion of aromas of caramel and toffee, a characteristic that is transferred to a sweetness in the taste, with traces of raisins and nuts. Very little hopped and therefore not bitter at all.
About Scotch Ales
Scottish ales are top-fermented beers with greater flavor intensity. The difference with the English is that, in its preparation, Scottish malts predominate. They usually have a color range from tan to dark brown. Less bitter than the English, they have more body and the final perception in the mouth is that they are sweeter.
