1. GEMINI CROQUETTES:
Includes five croquettes to choose from the following flavors (two of each flavor):
- Iberian Ham
- Goat roll with caramelized onion
- Potato chorizo with holm oak honey from Las Hurdes
- Boletus edulis
- Cheeks in red wine
- Specialty (lamb with honey and mustard while stocks last)
2. MINTHEN EGGS:
Two Korean baozis stuffed with sweet and sour pork
3. SLUGS FROM PLANET GO':
-Two boletus and pork gyozas
-Two French gyozas with hoisin sauce
4. HORNS OF WENT'ROS:
-Two cones stuffed with foie gras and apple
-Two cones of goat cheese with confit tomato
5. VENUSIAN SWEET:
Two 5 cm diameter Japanese mochis to choose between: dark chocolate, sakura tea and blueberry cheesecake or a slice of cake to share (depending on the availability of cakes of the day).
Does not include drinks.
The menu does not have an expiration date. It can be enjoyed from the opening of the bar, also in the available modality of sense deprivation.
